Section 1.0: Legal Entity

Pet Infrastructure is operated from Switzerland. This website and its content are governed by Swiss law.

Address: 1012 Lausanne, Switzerland

Section 2.0: Data Protection

Pet Infrastructure processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / nLPD), in force since 1 September 2023. For visitors based in the European Union, we additionally apply the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) by equivalence, in accordance with art. 3 GDPR on territorial scope.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure audience volume and which guides are read. It sets cookies and processes an abbreviated IP address; we use it only in aggregate and never to identify an individual visitor. We deploy no advertising pixels and no third-party profiling scripts. Outbound links to Amazon set a tracking cookie belonging to Amazon, under Amazon’s own privacy policy — see our disclosure page. Any data you send us by email is processed solely for the purpose stated and deleted within 30 days.

Section 3.0: Affiliate Disclosure

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition (LCD / UWG, RS 241), in particular art. 3 para. 1 let. b and o, and with FTC guidelines (USA) for US-based visitors, Pet Infrastructure maintains full transparency regarding its commercial relationships.

Pet Infrastructure participates in affiliate programs. Links to replacement parts and hardware inside our guides are affiliate links and carry retailer tracking identifiers. A disclosure notice appears on every guide that contains one.

When a purchase is completed through these links, Pet Infrastructure receives a commission from the retailer or manufacturer. This commission is paid by the retailer and does not add any cost to the end-user's transaction.

Our technical assessments, diagnostic protocols, and hardware recommendations are conducted and authored independently of these commercial arrangements. A product's inclusion in a bulletin is determined solely by its relevance to the documented failure mode addressed in that report.

Section 4.0: Contact & Compliance
